New Zealand Christmas & New Years 2014/2015

Carrie had to try a New Zealand Specialty - Whitebait Patties. They put the LIVE whitebait juvenile fish with egg mix onto a hot grill. The fish wiggle around as they cook.

They put the patty on grilled bread. It is then sprinkled with smoked salt and lemon. It tastes like a combo between fried fish and egg foo yung.
